What are points and how are they spent?
Before every AI action you see how many points it costs and confirm; failed actions are refunded automatically.
Do points expire?
Yes. Each batch of points (sign-up bonus or purchased) is valid for one year from the date it is credited. Points expiring soonest are used first, and any left unused after a year expire. There is no monthly fee.
Can I buy more anytime?
Yes. Buy as many packs as you like, whenever you like; points add up in the same account.
Are my videos secure?
Videos are stored in Singapore and never used for model training; you can delete them anytime from settings.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Once online purchase opens you can buy point packs with Alipay, WeChat Pay or cards (Visa / Mastercard / UnionPay), with points credited right after payment. Online purchase is coming soon; for enterprise or bulk purchases, contact us.
